Every ticket gives you full access to both stages, the Oasis Garden in the castle yard and the Nomad Camp by KNALL in the open-air orchard.

Strongly recommended, limited parking
Parking available for up to 150 cars near the venue. Carpooling strongly encouraged. Exact location communicated via ticket confirmation email.
On the Day
Medusa Outdoor operates on a cashless token system. Tokens purchased at token exchange points using cash or card.
Limited lockers available for a small fee. First come, first served. Bring only what you need for the day.
Thematic decorations, special thematical dance acts and a fully immersive Desert Nomads atmosphere across both stages. Dress up, you are part of the experience.
Please use the waste sorting points. Do not leave any waste on the grounds. Help us keep De Kasteelhoeve clean for this final edition.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the day.
We want everyone to enjoy Medusa Outdoor in a safe and positive way. Please look after yourself and those around you.
The possession, use, offering or dealing of illegal drugs is not allowed on the festival site. Visitors who are visibly under the influence, or who may create a risk for themselves or others, may be refused entry or removed from the event.
An amnesty box will be available before entry, where visitors can anonymously and voluntarily hand in drugs.
Security checks will take place at the entrance to help keep the festival safe.
Drug dealing will lead to immediate removal from the site and will be reported to the police.
Safe N Sound will be present with information and support around drug awareness and harm reduction.
If you feel unwell during the festival, please step away from the crowd and go to the first aid station as soon as possible. EHBO Vlaanderen will be on site with qualified first aid responders.
Bring any medication you may need and keep it with you during the event.
If you have a medical condition that could affect your safety, please inform the first aid team when needed.
Drink enough water. Free water will be provided in case of dehydration risks or extreme heat.
Need a moment to cool down or relax? A calm rest area will be available in the green garden near the KNALL stage, with shade and seating.
Please note that flashing lights and intense visual effects may be used, even though the festival mainly takes place during the day.
