The Final Edition, In Full
Closed For Good, With Love
Since 2015, Medusa Outdoor brought open-minded people together once a year at De Kasteelhoeve, a castle farm in the countryside of West Flanders. On Tuesday 21 July 2026, we gathered there for the last time: more than 10,000 people, a full day of quality electronic music, and a theme, Desert Nomads, that closed the story the way it started, as a world of its own.

Made her Medusa Outdoor debut at our final edition, bringing a fresh voice to the Oasis Garden lineup.
Stage 02 · Open-Air Orchard
Away from the castle yard, the open-air orchard hosted the Nomad Camp, a different energy but the same Medusa spirit. KNALL brought a carefully curated selection of fresh and rising names in progressive and melodic electronic music to close out this stage's story.

The Story & The Setting
A Short Documentary
A five-minute film with the founder of De Kasteelhoeve, on the venue that hosted eleven editions of Medusa Outdoor.
The Location
A castle farm with garden in Avelgem, West Flanders, the exclusive location that hosted every one of Medusa Outdoor's eleven editions. Not a festival field, but a yard with real history: castle walls, an orchard, a pool, and a courtyard that turned into a stage once a year. It's not just where Medusa Outdoor happened, it's part of why it worked.
The Closing Theme
Eleven editions, each one built around a world of its own. For our final summer, we travelled into the boundless heat of the desert, a land of freedom, wanderers and ancient rhythm. Flowing robes, tribal textiles, gold and metallics: the Desert Nomads theme turned the courtyard into a tribe gathered around sound, one last time.
Eleven Editions
Medusa Outdoor begins as a garden gathering at De Kasteelhoeve, Avelgem.
Year after year, Medusa Outdoor grows into a recognised name in the Belgian electronic music scene, each edition built around its own theme and world.
Medusa Outdoor presses its first vinyl release, MO_01, turning the festival's sound into a physical, lasting artefact.
KNALL hosts the second stage for the first time, bringing progressive and melodic electronic music to the orchard.
Eleven editions come down to one final gathering. Nicole Moudaber and Anna Tur close it out together. De Kasteelhoeve, closed for good, with love.
The third and final Vinyl Collector release, closing the Medusa Outdoor story on wax.
